Return Policy
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@kustomluxedesigns.com or call 318-676-4377. Include your order number and a clear photo of the product and packaging. We will be happy to offer a replacement or store credit if the issue is deemed valid.
